Dr. LaDonna Rocha, ND, CHHP, CNHP is a board-certified Doctor of Natural Medicine and clinical herbalist with a deep commitment to helping people uncover the root cause of their symptoms—and reclaim a sense of clarity and ownership in their health journey.
With a strong foundation in autoimmune support, gastrointestinal repair, hormone balance, and botanical medicine, Dr. Rocha blends evidence-based tools with time-honored natural healing methods. She’s known for her ability to connect the dots between complex symptoms and craft personalized protocols that are both strategic and effective.
In each appointment, she listens to the full story—not just the symptom list. Her clients often say they feel seen, understood, and finally hopeful. Her care plans are designed to be thorough yet practical, supporting real healing without overwhelm.

Dr. Rocha is also the founder of The Wild Hare Apothecary and the Sanctified Roots education platform, where she teaches individuals and families how to reconnect with their body’s sacred design through Scripture, herbal medicine, and alchemical tradition.
When she’s not working with clients or creating herbal formulas, she’s teaching, writing, or cultivating spaces for people to become confident stewards of their own health. Outside the clinic, she’s passionate about restoring the role of the home healer (through her project, The Home Healer), growing her herbal formulary, and helping clients feel seen, equipped, and truly empowered.
